Graduated in Medicine, with a specialty in General and Family Medicine from the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Universidade Nova de Lisboa since 2004.

From an early age, he became interested in the area of weight loss, dedicating himself to applying a weight loss method with proven results on hundreds of people.
